Enjoy a fun and relaxed morning learning the art of Sourdough bread with your host, Bek Lubke on her farm in Henty NSW. Learn how to make and bake authentic sourdough from scratch; how to maintain your own leaven (starter); learn about fermentation; mixing and shaping, baking and all things in between. We'll share morning tea and a glass of kombucha too!
In this hands on workshop, you will be preparing your own loaf, but it will be taken home to bake the following day. The workshop fee includes course notes/recipe, 1 x banneton basket, 1 x bowl, 1 x lame, starter (leaven) in jar, ingredients to make your loaf at the workshop, a delicious morning tea, tea/coffee and complimentary Kombucha. Limited to 8 spaces so it will be nice and personalised.
