Enjoy a morning learning all things Sourdough with your host, Bek Lubke on her farm in Henty NSW. Learn how to make and bake authentic sourdough from scratch; how to maintain your own leaven (starter); learn about fermentation; mixing and shaping, baking and all things in between. We'll share morning tea and a glass of kombucha too!
You will be preparing your own loaf, but it will be taken home to bake the following day. The workshop fee includes course notes/recipe, 1 x banneton basket, 1 x bowl, 1 x lame, starter (leaven) in jar, ingredients to make your loaf at the workshop, a delicious morning tea, tea/coffee and complimentary Kombucha. Limited to 8 spaces so it will be nice and personalised.
